SPIRIT - Double pot-distilled new make spirit from heritage Maris Otter barley
CASK - First-fill ex-bourbon barrel from Willett Distillery, Kentucky
MATURATION - Laid down and matured at Rosemaund Farm Distillery, Herefordshire

Following the complete allocation of our 2026 private casks, reservations are now open for just 50 casks from Rosemaund’s 2027 production.

Rosemaund Farm Distillery is the next chapter in our family’s distilling story in Herefordshire. Your cask will be filled with spirit made from heritage Maris Otter barley grown here in Herefordshire, double-distilled at Rosemaund and matured on the farm, just metres from where it was made.

For 2027, we have secured a parcel of first-fill ex-bourbon casks from Willett Distillery in Kentucky, one of America’s great family-owned distilleries.

The quality of the wood matters enormously. These freshly emptied American oak casks will help shape the whisky over the years ahead, bringing vanilla, orchard fruit, gentle spice and depth while allowing the character of our spirit to remain at the centre.

We could buy cheaper wood. We don’t want to.

Each cask is individually allocated to its owner, with a personalised plaque and handcrafted certificate made in Herefordshire.

Owners can also join my private Rosemaund Cask Owners WhatsApp broadcast, where I share updates directly from the farm - distilling, harvest, warehouse visits, tastings and events as your whisky develops.

Just 50 private casks are released each year. 20 of the 2027 allocation have already been reserved.

Once they’re gone, the allocation closes.
