Our whisky is being released in small quantities, and demand exceeds supply. The ballot ensures that everyone who wants a bottle has an equal chance, without encouraging a scramble or queue system.
This is our first release. In 2026, we expect to hold two ballots and release around 5,000 bottles of 10-year-old Rosemaund Farm Whisky in total.
No, we cannot offer samples due to the limited quantities available.
Rosemaund Farm is the original home of Chase Distillery. Having taken it back, we are now regenerating it into Rosemaund Farm Distillery. Our whisky continues the story from the very site where it began.
No. Rosemaund Farm Whisky is unmistakably English. It is grown, distilled, and matured in Herefordshire, capturing the flavour and spirit of the land from which it comes.
Not yet. We are a working farm and distillery, so we are not open to the public. However, we will soon be hosting a small number of Wild Kitchen food events, combining food and whisky in the heart of the farm. These will be announced via our mailing list. Sign up here.
We are always looking for passionate people to join us. If you want to be part of Rosemaund Farm, please email James at jdc@rosemaund.com with your CV and a short note about yourself.
We are farmers first, and our whisky is rooted in the land. Sustainability is central to how we work:
- We grow Maris Otter barley, a heritage variety that is kind to the soil, and partner with local brewers.
- A biomass boiler produces steam to heat our stills.
- We bottle using Saverglass bottles, Rankin corks, Label Apeel labels made with apple pomace, and Flexi-Hex packaging for safe delivery.
- Water comes directly from a borehole on the farm.
We are proudly independent, selling directly to customers, and keeping the whole story transparent from seed to glass.
