Own one of just 50 private casks from Rosemaund Farm’s 2027 allocation.
Following the sold out release of our inaugural private casks, we are opening a further 50 casks for 2027 - offering a small group of owners the opportunity to become part of the next chapter at Rosemaund Farm.
Each owner will receive a 200-litre first-fill ex-bourbon cask, filled with our new-make English single malt spirit, distilled from locally grown heritage Maris Otter barley and filled at approximately 63.5% ABV.
Your cask will remain in bond here at Rosemaund Farm in Herefordshire for a minimum of eight years, maturing beside the orchards before you decide what comes next.
£6,000 includes:
- Your 200L first-fill ex-bourbon cask and new-make spirit
- Eight years of bonded storage and insurance
- Certificate of ownership
- Maturation updates and sampling
- Private distillery access and cask-owner experiences
- Support with branding and bottling when the time comes
After the minimum eight-year maturation period, you can choose to bottle your whisky or continue maturing it with us, subject to storage availability and additional storage charges.
A typical cask is estimated to yield around 250 × 70cl bottles after eight years, although the final outturn will depend on natural evaporation and the strength at which you choose to bottle.
Purchase price: £6,000
This includes the cask, spirit, eight years’ bonded storage and insurance. Excise duty, VAT, bottling, packaging and delivery are payable separately at the time of bottling at the rates then applicable.
Only 50 private casks will be released from the 2027 allocation. Once they are gone, this chapter is closed.
