Step into the heart of Rosemaund. Walk the distillery, taste our English single malt where it’s made, then gather in the Wild Kitchen - fires on, glasses poured, long tables set.
This is whisky, food and the farm, all in one sitting.

YOUR DISTILLERY
EXPERIENCE
Whisky, fire, and long-table dining in the Herefordshire countryside.
Inside the distillery, traditional copper stills meet regenerative farming. Grain from our own fields. Whisky shaped by the orchards it matures beside. Then to the Wild Kitchen - set in the heart of the farm. Seasonal, ingredient-led menus built around what’s grown, reared and foraged nearby.
Generous cooking over fire. House spirits poured properly. Something local in your glass.
