ROSEMAUND FARM DISTILLERY — BALLOT TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to the ballot for the opportunity to purchase Rosemaund Farm Whisky (the “Ballot”). By entering, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

The Ballot is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who are residents of the United Kingdom.

You must provide accurate and complete information when entering. We reserve the right to verify eligibility, including proof of age and identity.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple, duplicate, or automated entries (including via bots or scripts) will be disqualified.

2. Ballot Period

The Ballot opens at 09:00 BST on 1 May 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 29 May 2026.

Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Entry Process

To enter the Ballot, you must submit:

  • Full name
  • Valid email address
  • Delivery address
  • Payment details

We will place a £0 authorisation hold on your card at the time of entry. No payment will be taken unless you are successful in the Ballot.

By entering, you confirm that:

  • The payment method provided is valid and authorised
  • You are the named cardholder or have permission to use the card

4. Ballot Mechanics

Entries will be selected at random using a secure, independently verifiable randomisation process.

All eligible entries have an equal chance of selection regardless of the time or date of entry.

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries
  • Disqualify any entrant suspected of manipulating the process

Successful entrants (“Winners”) will be notified by email following the close of the Ballot.

5. Purchase

If selected, your card will be automatically charged:

£126 per bottle (inclusive of VAT and UK delivery).

  • Limit: one bottle per successful entrant
  • Orders are confirmed upon successful payment
  • Bottles will be dispatched within 5 working days

If payment cannot be processed, the allocation may be withdrawn and offered to another entrant.

6. Unsuccessful Entries

If you are not selected, no charge will be made and any authorisation hold will be released automatically.

At our discretion, unsuccessful entrants may receive priority or additional entries in future ballots.

7. Delivery

Delivery is limited to UK addresses only.

  • A signature from someone aged 18 or over will be required
  • Valid ID may be requested upon delivery
  • Risk and title pass upon delivery

We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect details provided.

8. Cancellations & Consumer Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under UK consumer law, provided:

  • The bottle remains unopened
  • The seal is intact

Returns are at your cost unless the product is faulty or damaged.

We reserve the right to refuse returns where products are not in resaleable condition.

9. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly with photographic evidence.

We will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the product, or
  • Issue a refund

This does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Resale Policy

Purchases are for personal use only.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders
  • Refuse future entries

Where we reasonably believe purchases are being made for commercial resale.

11. Communications

By entering the Ballot, you agree to receive transactional communications relating to your entry.

If you provide a mobile number, you consent to receiving Ballot-related SMS updates. You may opt out at any time.

Marketing communications will only be sent where you have explicitly opted in.

12. Data Protection

We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your data will be used for:

  • Administering the Ballot
  • Processing orders
  • Fraud prevention and compliance

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss
  • Technical failures affecting entry
  • Events outside our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

14. General

We reserve the right to:

  • Amend, suspend, or withdraw the Ballot at any time
  • Refuse entry or cancel orders at our discretion

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
