Ballot Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the ballot to purchase Rosemaund Farm Whisky. By entering the ballot, you agree to the following:


1. Eligibility

  • The ballot is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who are residents of the UK.
  • Proof of age may be requested upon delivery.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be removed.


2. Ballot Process

  • The ballot will run from 17 September 2025 until 23:59 BST on 15 October 2025.
  • To enter, you must provide your full name and a valid email address. Providing a mobile number is optional and will only be used to update you about your ballot entry.
  • Entries will be drawn at random using a secure Shopify-integrated application.
  • Successful entrants will be notified by email.
  • Winners will have 48 hours from notification to complete payment. If payment is not received within this time, the offer will lapse and be passed to the next randomly drawn entrant.
  • Unsuccessful entrants may be re-entered into future ballots at our discretion.


3. Purchase

  • The price is £126 per bottle plus £10 delivery, including VAT.
  • Only one bottle per successful entrant may be purchased.
  • Bottles will be dispatched within five working days of confirmed payment.
  • We can only deliver to UK addresses.


4. Delivery

  • Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout.
  • A signature from someone over 18 will be required on delivery.
  • We do not ship internationally at this time.


5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Once payment has been made, orders cannot be altered.
  • Refunds will only be issued if a product is faulty or damaged in transit.
  • Under UK consumer law, you also have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund, provided the seal is intact and the product has not been opened.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect details being supplied, we reserve the right to cancel the order.


6. SMS Updates

  • If you provide a mobile number, you consent to us sending you ballot notifications by SMS.
  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.


7. Resale Policy

  • Purchases are intended for personal use only. Commercial resale is not permitted.
  • We reserve the right to exclude anyone reasonably believed to be purchasing for resale from future ballots.


8. Data Protection

  • Personal data provided for the ballot will only be used for administering the ballot, fulfilling orders, and communicating in the future if you opt in.
  • We will never sell or share your details with third parties without consent.


9. General

  • Rosemaund Farm Distillery reserves the right to amend or withdraw the ballot without prior notice.
  • Entry into the ballot constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
